Cases where a refund is possible
  • Duplicate orders. If for any reason the system has sold you two identical plans instead of two different ones.
  • If the system has sold you a non-functioning rate plan.
  • If, for any reason, after your successful payment, the system could not issue or send you a rate plan to the email you provided within 3 business days.
Cases where a refund is not possible
  • Simultaneous purchase of several different tariffs. The practice of a user buying several tariffs, using them, choosing the one that suits him/her best, and then trying to get a refund for all the other tariffs that do not suit him/her is considered unfair and no refund will be provided. Money is also not refunded if you have purchased a tariff plan but decide that it was not necessary to buy the plan while the tariff plan is perfectly workable.
Refund policy rules
  • To receive a refund, you shall send your valid email address and the details (date of purchase, payment method) provided at the time of payment to our support@digitaldate.net email address. We are not responsible for the inability to receive the rate plan due to the invalid email address you have provided.
  • The customer is fully responsible for providing a valid email address and other details.
